Businesses in Transition
Every month on the Inner Circle program a number of businesses are being assisted to transform their business according to the end goal of each specific business.
Exactly what that end goal is, was determined at the start of our 12 months together. Each goal is measurable and has been signed off by both parties prior to starting.
For most the transition began when they discovered the secret to growing a superbrand in Month One and uncovered the vital ingredients missing out of their particular mix. It set the easiest road that each could undertake.
Month Two addressed the specific issues related to their loss of influence. Every business was different. Some had to change or at least modify their names. For example Webcasting Pty. Ltd. developed into webcastingGUY.com and with it the opportunity to franchise and expand its business offering and sales potential.
Month Two was all about succession planning and ensuring the growth of the business.
This month it's about the factor that can accelerate any business into any marketplace. (Hint: it has nothing to do with marketing.)
The Inner Circle Program
The Evers Inner Circle program is a program of business acceleration that came out the experience of over a hundred brands being launched or made over.
The program takes place through a series of monthly on-site, consulting workshops and separate monthly working breakfasts.
We are also documenting each step to validate the effectiveness of the nine principles of influence as they are applied to each of the businesses, month by month. We are expecting that every one of the businesses will experience changes to market acceptance, increases in business sales and a business that has more potential to be franchised, sold or realised at the end of the program.
As we get more into the program we will start filling you in on the individual successes. It's still only early days but already we are noticing the changes. At the very least it is supply material for the Evers report!
